Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
